Build a small selection around your current topic rather than printing everything at once. Let your child choose between two activities and plan a short break afterwards. Keep a note of questions or interests that come up so you can revisit them together.
In the classroom
For a co-op or mixed-age group, offer different ways to respond to the same topic. Some learners might draw or explain aloud while others write. Preview every resource and adapt the amount of support to the individual rather than relying on an assumed age level.
Before you print, check the resource’s instructions and available paper sizes. Choose the files you need, open a preview and try one test copy. Where several files are offered, you can select individual worksheets and keep answer sheets separate.
