Instructions & usage
Make six pretend meals with this 12-page master pack. Each activity has an empty meal mat followed immediately by its matching food cutout page. Breakfast includes bacon, a fried egg and sausages; other sheets offer vegetables, fruit, lunch and dinner foods.
Included activities
- My Breakfast — meal mat and nine cutouts
- My Lunch — meal mat and nine cutouts
- My Dinner — meal mat and nine cutouts
- My Pizza — meal mat and nine cutouts
- My Veggie Plate — meal mat and nine cutouts
- My Fruit Snack — meal mat and nine cutouts
How to use the pack
Choose A4 or US Letter and print at 100%. Print a chosen pair of pages for one activity, or print the complete pack for a pretend cafe. Colour the food pictures, cut along the dashed boxes or around the food, arrange and glue. Ask an adult for cutting help.
At home and in the classroom
Let children choose foods they recognise and describe the meal they made. Mix pieces between activities, print extra copies or draw foods of your own. This is open-ended paper play with no single right meal and no nutrition scoring. Materials: paper, pencils or crayons, scissors and glue.
