Instructions & usage

World Kindness Day is marked on 13 November by many organisations and communities. Focus on small voluntary acts of care; kindness should not depend on gifts or public praise.

What is included?

Choose individual files from this free pack. A4 and US Letter versions are provided; puzzle answer sheets are separate. Open the preview to check each file before printing at actual size.

At home

Choose a small helpful action together, with the other person’s consent. There is no need to buy a gift or share a personal story.

In the classroom

Practise welcoming language using fictional situations. Children can pass on sharing; kindness does not require accepting unwanted touch or giving away belongings.

Reflection prompts

  • Draw a small, safe action that could help someone.
  • What could you say to welcome a new classmate?
  • Write a thank-you message. You can keep it private.

Use a pencil for puzzles and choose colouring materials for the illustration. Read the instructions together first. Younger children may need a reader; suggested ages are guidance, not a requirement. The drawing prompts have many valid responses and do not need an answer key.
