Instructions & usage
Thirty distinct picture bingo cards with a drawing above each word, matching illustrated caller slips, and separate A4 and US Letter files.
Let Your Light Shine Bingo is a 20-minute activity for 2–30 players, suggested for ages 6–12. Prepare the printable pieces in about 5 minutes.
How to play
Read Matthew 5:14–16 together, then give each player a different numbered bingo card. The adult reads one caller word at a time. Cover a matching square; a straight row of three wins after the host checks the words already called.
Prepare the game
Printed sheets, pencils, paper markers; adult scissors for cut-out cards.
Easier version
Show each caller word and read it together.
Harder version
After a win, share a kind action connected with the passage.
For a larger group
Split into supervised small groups and print extra play sets. For bingo, use the thirty distinct cards before repeating a card.
Where to play
Indoors; outdoor use only in a supervised bounded area with dry paper and suitable weather.
Printing and use
Choose the matching A4 or US Letter version. Print one test copy; crafts must be printed at actual size (100%). Adult help is needed for scissors and small parts. General activities can run alongside a clearly labelled optional Christian session.
What you’ll need
Printed sheets, pencils, paper markers; adult scissors for cut-out cards.
Make the most of it
Christian-themed activity. Choose a quiet or seated alternative when helpful.
Printing tips
Check the file’s paper size and print one test page. For craft templates choose actual size (100%) and measure the 10 mm scale check. Use the matching A4 or Letter file. Keep answer sheets separate.
